Poseidon Tech HK Limited (“Poseidon HK”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed tohandling all personal data submitted to or collected through the HashHouse App (the“App”) in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, Laws ofHong Kong) (the “Ordinance”) and other applicable laws and regulations. This PrivacyPolicy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, store, and process personal data ofthe users of the App.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you donot agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use or access the App. If you providepersonal information on behalf of individuals, this will be relevant to those individuals. Please refer them to this Privacy Policy or otherwise advise them of its content.

Collection of Personal Data

During the operation of the App, we may collect the following personal data(“Personal Data”) about users of the App (“users” or “data subjects”):

• Profile Information: profile picture or avatar images that users may upload tothe App;

• Account Information: email address and other registration informationprovided by users for creating and managing an account in the App;

• Device Binding Information: product serial numbers or other device identifierssubmitted by users for the purpose of linking their in-App account withphysical devices;

• Technical and Usage Information: device type, device model, operating system, app version, login records, IP address, app activity logs, and device operationstatistics;

• Support Information: information provided by users when contacting customersupport or submitting inquiries through the App.

Use of Personal Data

The Personal Data collected will be used solely for the following purposes(“Purposes”):

(a) account registration, authentication, and verification;

(b) device linking, device management, and provision of App functionality;

(c) monitoring device status, performance data, and related operational information;

(d) customer support, troubleshooting, and responding to user inquiries;

(e) security, fraud prevention, and protection of the integrity of the App; and

(f) internal analytics, service improvement, and compliance with applicable legal andregulatory requirements.

Storage of Personal Data

We will take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure that the Personal Datacollected through the App is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil thepurpose for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required orpermitted by applicable law. Such Personal Data will only be accessed by authorizedpersonnel on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate access controlmeasures.

Personal Data that is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collectedwill be deleted or anonymized as soon as reasonably practicable, unless retention isrequired or permitted by applicable law.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards toprotect Personal Data against unauthorized or accidental access, processing, erasure,loss, or use.

Transfer of Personal Data

We will disclose Personal Data when required by law, including without limitationunder the Ordinance, pursuant to a court order, or in response to a request from anylaw enforcement agency or regulatory authority.

We may transfer or disclose Personal Data to our affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, professional advisers, auditors, regulators, government authorities, or other third parties where reasonably necessary for any of the Purposes or asrequired by law. This may include third-party service providers engaged for hosting, cloud storage, technical support, identity verification, analytics, or App functionality.

Where Personal Data is transferred to a third party, we will take reasonablypracticable steps to ensure that such third party is subject to appropriateconfidentiality and data protection obligations.

If transfer of Personal Data outside Hong Kong is needed in order to carry out thePurposes or directly related purposes, for which the Personal Data were collected, thetransfer will be performed in a manner in full compliance with the requirements underthe Ordinance.

User’s rights in relation to the Personal Data

Users of the App have the right to access and request correction of their PersonalData held by us, in accordance with the Ordinance.

To exercise the above rights, users may contact us at support@hashhouse.tech. Wewill take reasonable steps to verify the requesting User’s identity before grantingaccess or making corrections to his/her Personal Data to protect his/her privacy andidentity.

In accordance with the terms of the Ordinance, we reserve the right to charge areasonable fee for the processing of any data access request.

Protection of Children’s Personal Data

The App is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18 without parental orguardian consent. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children inviolation of applicable law. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child hasprovided personal information via the App in violation of applicable law, you maycontact us as described in the section headed “Contact Us” below.
